At Andaz by Uneza Fazeel, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange:

within 7 days of receiving your order.

unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

size or item exchanges are allowed. We do not offer cash refunds.

Exchange Process:

via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and a picture of the item (if applicable).

Important Notes:

(both return and re-dispatch) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos). We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement as soon as possible.
